Depending on what the final price is really a great value, I paid little over $15
I was not sure as some reviews describe a very hard to clean surface as well as some uneasiness about unplugging from the electric outlet.
I did not find any of these two a major problem.
For the cleanup I used parchment paper, just cover the meat with it, one piece on the bottom and the other on top to allow the juices to drip and presto, no cleaning problem, area is as clean as before use.
For the second problem, found that is just wiser to wait until cycles to light off, then unplug and there are no problems with the outlet and is also safer.
It heats fast and the locking step is very handy, like to heath up pizza to avoid the burn or sticky surface.
