Ok, so I have been though, done, and lived thorough all the diets, meal plans, and exercise routines that ever existed and rather than loosing the weight I gained it. A buddy of mine recommended that I try grilling all my food and this baby as almost all of the unnecessary fat would conveniently end up in the dripping tray. at 5'5 and 210 pounds I decided that this would be my last attempt before getting lipo. I'll admit my diet changed entirely but the ease and practicality of this machine made my high protein diet much less a chore or hassle. Its easy to clean, cooks food fast, and the non-stick works well for the most part (dont forget to use cooking spray). because its so compact I have the option to make this to the office with me and make fresh meals at work (although I prefer to cook my meals I day prior). This baby has saved my life I cant even begin to tell you how happy i am with my new self. You know what the best part of the new george foreman meal plan/diet was? all 35 pounds came off with no exercise and in less than 3 months. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.
